2. ALEXANDRA LEE – FOUNDER & CEO OF SWEETLY SWEET TREATS
Alexandra Lee was born into an entrepreneurial family and grew up dreaming of starting her own business one day. After graduating from college in New Jersey, she began working as a pastry chef at a local bakery while also taking classes on entrepreneurship. With hard work and determination, Alexandra eventually saved enough money to open up her own bakery in Newark called Sweetly Sweet Treats.
Alexandra’s specialty? Delicious custom-made cakes for all occasions! Her cakes quickly gained popularity across the state thanks to their unique flavors and beautiful designs. Over time, Alexandra expanded her business by opening several more locations across New Jersey as well as online sales for custom orders nationally! Today, Sweetly Sweet Treats is one of the most successful cake businesses in the country—all thanks to Alexandra’s hard work and dedication!
3. KEN SMITH – FOUNDER & CEO OF THE GREENER HOME COMPANY
Ken Smith was always passionate about helping people save energy at home—but it wasn’t until he started his own company that he was able to turn his dream into reality. In 2023 he launched The Greener Home Company (GHCo) which offers sustainable energy solutions such as solar panels and energy-efficient appliances for homes across New Jersey. GHCo quickly became popular among homeowners looking for ways to reduce energy costs while also helping the environment at the same time!
